OPD Registration Process
Step 1
Collect a token from the registration counter with a valid ID / Swasthya Sathi card.
Step 2
Wait in the designated OPD waiting area; tokens are called in sequence.
Step 3
Consult the doctor; collect prescribed medicines from the hospital pharmacy counter.
Referral & Higher Centres
Patients requiring tertiary or super-speciality care are referred, as per protocol, to higher government medical college hospitals within the Kolkata region, with referral slips issued by the treating physician free of cost.
